Brooks Mack joined the practice of Donald H. Layh, under the firm of Layh & Associates, in 2010. Recently, Donald H. Layh was appointed a Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench and in conjunction with his appointment, Brooks has taken over Don’s practice under Brooks Mack Legal Professional Corporation. Brooks is joined by Don’s daughter, Avery Layh, who is also a practicing lawyer and has been employed with Layh & Associates since 2011.
Brooks and Avery are members of both the Saskatchewan and Manitoba bars. Each call the rural prairies home and bring their practical problem solving sense to legal issues.
